These Terms of Use govern your use of thecoexistgroup.com (the "Site"), the corporate website of Coexist Group LLC ("Coexist Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About this Site

The Site is primarily a corporate information and business-inquiry website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products and services referenced on the Site are offered through the applicable Coexist Group brand rather than through this corporate Site.

Brand websites, products and services

These Terms govern only thecoexistgroup.com.

Coexist Group operates or is affiliated with brands including CXProAI, CXProMusic, CXProWealth, Coexist Kids and Time Travel Music Pro. Websites, applications, products and services offered under those brands may have their own terms, privacy policies, disclaimers and other legal notices — for example, CXProAI publishes its own terms of use and privacy policy.

When you use a brand website, product or service, the legal terms presented on that property govern that use. If these Terms conflict with brand-specific terms concerning a brand product or service, the brand-specific terms control for that product or service.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A failure by Coexist Group to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce that or any other provision later.
